How It Works

Book a Trusted Worker
Create a job in the app by selecting the worker category, location, date, time, and job details.

Suitable Workers Are Notified
Vetted workers in that category are notified instantly through the app’s phone notifications. They can review the job and apply if they are available for the date or dates required.

Review Applicants & Choose
Your business can view applicants, check their profile, work history, and reviews from previous completed jobs, then choose who looks like the right fit.
Payments & Security
Payments are processed securely through Stripe, a globally trusted payment processor.
WeLink does not ask for or store your card details directly. Payment details are handled through Stripe’s secure payment system.
Afterpay may also be available for businesses that meet the required criteria. Availability may depend on account eligibility and platform approval.
If there is an issue with a booking, refunds can be arranged according to WeLink’s platform policies. Depending on the situation, this may be handled as a credit on your WeLink account or back to your bank/payment method.
